This is my version of the classic Old-Fashioned cocktail.
- 2 ounces bourbon (Buffalo Trace)
- 0.5 bar spoon cotton candy sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash grapefruit bitters
The use of the caramelized sugar also gives it, at least I believe it does, less sweetness but still balances out the vanilla from the bourbon.
