This is just a quick note to remember that I had to scale down the Chef Steps cold brew recipe for my 0.5L whipping siphon.

The recipe is:

Grind coffee to pour-over size, mix with water in the siphon and mix with a bar spoon to make sure it's thoroughly mixed.  Use 3 cartridges of NO2 and put in the fridge for 2 hours, mixing it gently every 30 minutes or so.  Pass through coffee filter and stash away in the fridge to be used later.
